Bodysculpt strength coaches are extremely passionate about getting results and we take pride in our knowledge of the human body.

 

We specialize in identifying each person's proper body mechanics and we have over a decade of experience with dropping body fat, improving strength, adding lean mass, relieving/eliminating joint pain and improving overall performance.


Our system focuses on full range of motion, muscle activation techniques, proper muscle timing and the appropriate rest & resistance for each exercise, in every training phase. Knowing how to combine these things with the appropriate queuing is one of the things that separates our team from the rest.

Nutrition is the most important part to keep consistent in getting results. 


First, we have to know what you've been doing, how your reacts to food and the daily stress you absorb every single day. Then we can design your program to get you going in the right direction. We focus on the following items:

1. digestion (bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhea)

2. absorption 

3. stress and sleep

4. balanced meals, meal timing, carb and fat cycling

5. meal and macro programs

6. supplementation (not mandatory)


Once we know what is going on with you, then we can design the appropriate programs to help you get to where you want to be. 

All supplements are natural and play individual roles in the process of what we're doing. They would be explained to you before you decide to add them into your regimen or not.

This service will provide the framework for you to follow on your own so you don't have to guess what to do...and how long to do it for. We will monitor your progress and make adjustments based off your weekly or bi-weekly picture and weight updates.
