Bodysculpt strength coaches are extremely passionate about getting results and we take pride in our knowledge of the human body.
We specialize in body mechanics (how your body works) and we have over a decade of experience with dropping body fat, improving strength, adding lean mass, relieving/eliminating joint pain and improving overall performance.
Our system focuses on range of motion, muscle activation, muscle timing and the appropriate rest & resistance for each exercise, in each training phase. Knowing how to combine these things with the appropriate training protocols is what makes our team a cut above the rest.
After a thorough assessment, we can absolutely make you leaner, stronger and faster...but the beauty of our system has also successfully prevented people from requiring surgery and/or physical therapy! Don't get me wrong...we've also helped many people rebuild their body post-surgery.

Nutrition / supplementation
Nutrition is the most important part to keep consistent in getting results.
First, we identify your current calorie intake and then start setting macro nutrient (protein, fat and carbohydrates) goals to take your calories up or down, depending on your lifestyle and the goal. After we get things rolling, all decisions will be made based on how your body responds with weekly or bi-weekly updates.
The hardest and most challenging part of nutrition is problem solving when things don't work as expected.
All supplements are chosen for a specific purpose and applied strategically.
This high energy, circuit style small group workout uses battle ropes, bands, balls, weights and kettle's to bring some fun and excitement into your grueling workout. Just reserve your spot and we'll take it from there!
